Hi there! I'm Ari - the older one, Mia's my little sister. Can't forget Odin - he's our little brother! Behind us is our mom and dad (Alexis and Phil).
Our story begins in early 2019... My dad decided he wanted to open his own restaurant, my mom fully supported his decision and they began to search for a place. After checking out different locations they decided that Miamitown was the perfect fit for them!
My dad knew he had to keep the menu similar to the restaurant that was here before but he wanted to put his own twist on things... Have you tried the Cincy Turkey on a pickle yet? If not-you've gotta try it! This is one of the things my dad would make at home before we opened this place!
When it was time to name the restaurant my parents couldn't think of anything better than to name this place after me and my sister. It took them a few months to get their stuff together and they finally opened the doors November 23, 2019.
We had a great few months before COVID 19 hit us and forced us to close down to strictly carry-out only for a few months. This was probably the most stressful time for my parents... They were the only ones working, my mom helped me do school from a computer, we made silly videos for our Facebook page and we even got to camp out in the dining room a few times! Thankfully, our loyal customers showed up to give us their full support and we made it through the pandemic!
Over the years our family has been so lucky to have made special relationships with our customers. Some of which we consider our family now, as we see some of you more than we see our real family.
I love that my parents have this restaurant because I get to be with them all the time. I wouldn't want it any other way.
